The idea for Champagne DUCOEUR was born in 2020, officially registered in 2022, and we launched our first bottles in March 2024.

Our winery is based in the Champagne region, in Vinay – a commune in the Marne department of northeastern France, part of the Épernay arrondissement.

With a heritage dating back to 1859, we bring expert craftsmanship to every bottle. This deep-rooted tradition, combined with our modern vision, results in a Champagne of timeless excellence.

Certified “HVE” (High Environmental Value), our entire vineyard follows sustainable and environmentally responsible practices.

All our Champagnes are also 100% vegan – free from animal-derived fining agents – reflecting our commitment to purity, transparency, and conscious winemaking.

We are the first brand to exclusively produce "brut nature" Champagnes, offering pure and authentic flavors with a dosage of zero sugar.

Among 8 hectares of vineyards, we meticulously select only the finest Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes for our Champagne.

Our Champagne undergoes a patient and exquisite maturation process, resting in our cellars for a minimum of 3 years.
