Where do you ship?
We currently ship to France, Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. For other European destinations or deliveries outside Europe, please contact us through our contact page or by email at shop@champagne-ducoeur.com — we’ll do our best to make it happen.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of your order. The price is always displayed before checkout. Shipping starts from €3.50 for a single bottle, and it’s free for orders of 6 bottles. For larger orders (more than 30 bottles), we arrange customized shipping—please contact us directly so we can find the best solution for you.
How long does delivery take?
Good things take a little time — but not too much! We usually prepare orders within 2–3 business days, then your Champagne is on its sparkling way. You’ll get tracking details to follow the journey.
Can I pick up my Champagne in person?
Yes! We have a warehouse in Luxembourg, just 10 minutes from the city center, where pickups are possible. It was designed for larger orders, but you’re welcome to collect even a single bottle. Simply select the pickup option at checkout.
Pickup is usually available 24 hours after your order (on business days, Monday to Friday). Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you the exact address and contact you to arrange a convenient time slot. We’re also working on expanding our pickup network soon.
Are purchases final sale?
Yes, Champagne is delicate and doesn’t like round-trips. 🥂 All bottles are final sale
